All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete, except in the limited situations listed in section 3. Please review the details of any programme, event, course or service carefully before you pay.
This policy applies to all purchases made from Stephen Akintayo Consulting. That includes mentorship and coaching programmes, events, masterclasses, online courses, digital products and advisory sessions, however payment is made. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
Because places, preparation and digital access are committed as soon as you purchase, we do not provide refunds, partial refunds or credits for:
We will refund your payment in full in these situations:
Non-refundable once your place is confirmed. If you cannot continue, contact us and we will consider moving you to a future intake, at our discretion.
Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to someone else before the event. If we cancel the event, you can choose a place at the rescheduled date, credit toward another event, or a full refund of the ticket price. If we change the date, venue, format or speakers, you may use your ticket for the updated event or transfer it. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
Non-refundable once access has been provided, because digital content is delivered immediately. If you cannot access something you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.
Cancellation and payment terms are set out in the proposal, invoice or agreement for each engagement.
Books are sold through the official DSA Books store, which has its own returns and refund policy.
Although we do not give refunds, we want you to benefit from what you purchased. Where possible we offer:
Requests must be made in writing before the event or programme starts.
If you pay for a programme in instalments, you are committing to the full programme price, and remaining instalments stay payable even if you stop participating. Recurring subscriptions or memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date to stop future charges. The current billing period is not refunded.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund. We cannot refund to a different card or account, and we are not responsible for currency-exchange differences or bank fees.
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback or dispute without contacting us can delay the outcome. We will provide our records, including this policy, your purchase confirmation and evidence of access or attendance, to the payment provider.
For refund, transfer or billing questions, contact us through our contact form, quoting your name, email address used at purchase, and the receipt or order reference.
